Terms and Conditions
1. The following terms and conditions apply to the redemption and participation for the campaign “VIP SALE”.
2. Vouchers are only valid on the Thousand Miles website and mobile website. Not valid for any online marketplaces and offline channels.
3. Promotion is only valid for items available on the page (not applicable to existing promotions such as duo pack).
4. Offer is only valid until 15th of September 2020. No extension will be granted unless stated otherwise.
5. Thousand Miles reserves the right to cancel or modify any order, or revoke the use of Vouchers for any reason, including due to:
a. suspicious or fraudulent purchasing activity ;
b. Products purchased in bad faith (items purchased for the purpose of re-selling).
6. Promotion under "VIP SALE" will not be eligible under the "Free Silverknit Socks" promotion.
8. Items purchased during this promotion will not be eligible for partial returns for refunds. In cases where a return for refunds request is initiated, all items within the order will need to be returned for a refund.
9. Thousand Miles will not be liable and/or be required to offer extensions of promotion, discounts, replacement of credits, cash or otherwise compensate customers for:
a. improper use of, or inability to redeem, a Voucher; or
b. the inability to redeem the promotion due to technical issues.
10. Thousand Miles reserve the right to change these terms & conditions or cancel any promotions at any time and without notice.
